i really enjoy the concept and making figuring out the platforms as puzzles, it's frustrating in the good way that makes figuring it out all the more sweet, personally I like the basic graphic style it helps with the unusual nature of the game
Thanks for your review! Yeah I'm not the best at art so i focused on the mechanics
sorry man this isn't very good, at least to me, the restart is in really awkward place killing any momentum you had when you hit it again, the enemies respawn seemingly at random making you start in impossible situations and just unfair enemy placement, and WASD use would be welcome
its a fine game for what it is, but hard Mario thing are kinda played out, they have been around since people could hack games, I do give you credit for changing the visuals a bit but it is just too similar to other things
I can't put my finger on it exactly but there is something lacking in the control department, and I don't mean how slow you are or how hard it is ir just feels to stilted and unnatural when moving, maybe the android one plays better, I wish i could describe it better for you
felt really phoned in and blah like you didn't really have an idea other than opening the doors and put cappy pictures and outdated pop culture stuff all over it making this mess
the retroness is cool and all but i had to fight the controls tooth and nail to beat it, cute story though
I could choose to copy and paste some introduction I've used somewhere else but eh why not , Basically I run a YouTube Channel (who doesn't these days) and do Let's Plays (ditto the previous), mostly to hear myself talk and scream into the void
